SIBLING x River Island – collab heaven!
Sibling has become one of my favourite brands since it burst onto the scene in 2008, and is known for its playful and subversive knitwear and uber vibrancy. The three designers behind the label – Joe Bates, Sid Bryan and Cozette McCreery started off doing menswear and now their womenswear offering has attained the same legendary status. They’re known for their many collaborations – G Shock, Topman and Puma to name but a few and Beyonce recently wore their sequin kanaval mask on the cover of CR Fashion Book.
Now they’ve teamed up with high street stalwart River Island as part of its Design Forum Initiative to create a fun and quirky collection perfect for Spring/Summer. The collection includes cute checkered cropped tops, shirts, shorts and pencil skirts, as well as playful swimwear and flower power knitwear, and plenty of pompoms. I really want to get my hands on some of those cute socks too!
The collection will officially launch at LFW and will be available in store and online from 22nd February. Prices from £15 to £55!!!
