Celebrate Vogue’s 100th Birthday at the National Portrait Gallery!

It’s a big year for British Vogue, 2016 sees it’s 100th anniversary and homage must be paid. A two part BBC documentary is due to be aired in the spring bringing to life the history of Vogue, as well as an exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery – a must for fashion fans interested in the history of the magazine and the stunning photography and designers featured over the years.

If you’re anything like me and often run to the gallery shop before the exhibition itself (no patience) a unique selection of gifts will be available to commemorate the exhibition; the  stunning exhibition brochure (pre-order here), very covetable lip balm compacts designed by Andrea Garland, surrealist jewellery designed by Patricia Nicholas and beautiful silk scarves from Karen Mabon. Cool biscuit boutique The Biscuiteers has been chosen to create a stylish box of Vogue themed biscuits to celebrate the centenary – they launch new biscuit collections seasonally just like fashion collections!  Book in now for the Century of Style exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery – I can’t wait to go during Fashion Week!
